Every object carries a feeling that was placed there long before you held it. Someone else's grief, someone's ritual, someone's way of surviving. This is where those inherited emotions find each other.

What you carried alone now belongs to a collective emotional map.
An interactive installation that maps what people feel through everyday objects. You bring an object, real or remembered, describe what it makes you feel, and watch it join a living collective map alongside strangers from across the world who carry the same emotion in a completely different thing.
When you submit, the system reads your description and looks past the surface story. It searches for the underlying emotional pattern, not the object itself. Your entry is then placed on the map next to others who share that same emotional core, regardless of what object they brought or where they came from.
After you submit, the system offers a reframe: a sharp, honest reading of what your object is actually doing for you. Not therapy. Not comfort. A mirror.
Emotion view groups dots by emotional inheritance. Location view places them on a soft world map by country, while the specific source tells the object’s local story.
